Our Repair Process

All phones entering our workshop are tested, cleaned and sterilised. Replacement handset pieces are provided if required, handset cords and line cords are replaced as standard. Upon completion, the repaired phones are barcoded and individually boxed.

Generally most repair work is completed within 7-10 working days.

If any phones are found to be ‘Beyond Economical Repair’ (BER) you are not charged for that item. Faulty phones can be disposed of in accordance with the WEEE Regulations or returned to you.

Warranty – Our repair warranty covers parts supplied and components used by our workshop to restore telephones to full working order for a period of 6 months.

Please note as part of our repair process your telephones may need to be reset to their original factory settings.
