HOW TO ORDER
We are an independent repair centre for Avaya business phones.
There is no need to create an account before placing an order, we are able to accept orders by phone or e-mail.

For new customers and non-account holders we ask for payment prior to your order being dispatched.
Our company is able to accept payment by BACs, Cheque, MasterCard and VISA.
We always provide a quotation and a VAT invoice for your records before processing any payment.

Our standard return service is Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
We track all consignments to ensure that they are returned safely.
For larger orders and dependent on your location a collection service may be available.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY
All repair work once completed has a unique security tag attached for identification purposes. For us to assist you with any enquires regarding warranty we will always require this information.
Goods Faulty Under Warranty:
If an item fails during its warranty period then please notify us via telephone or email as soon as possible. Please be aware that our repair warranty only covers previously replaced components, parts and workmanship.
We are unable to except reported warranty claims due to incorrect installation or misuse.
A Royal Mail Freepost service is provided to assist clients in returning warranty phones to us if required.
